Edward Jones
I received my call to teach the Word of God in 2002. The scripture I received was 2 Timothy 2:16, Study to show yourself approved unto God a workman that needth not be ashamed rightly dividing the Word of truth.

Wambui Wainaina
I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. My mother always taught me about Jesus but I strayed away in my late teens. Jesus never left me and kept me during those rebellious days. He started calling me back to him in my early 20s. I tried to be "good" but failed often. On April 28, 2005 my life changed forever. I was baptized in the name of Jesus at Maranatha Temple Church in Detroit by Bishop York LaFleur and was immediately filled with the Holy Ghost and power. Power over sin, power to serve Jesus with my whole heart and power to be His witness.

My journey with the Lord started at the early age of seven years old. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, the second daughter of the Late Bishop York A. LaFleur and Mother Rubie S. LaFleur of Maranatha Temple Ministries. My foundation has always been in the apostolic faith, believing in baptism in Jesus name and in filling with the Holy Ghost at the age of nine. I began walking with God from then until my college years. Then I married my husband for 31 years, the Late Pastor Timothy L. Dye who later became an assistant Pastor at a local ministry named; Vertical encounter of Livonia Michigan. In an endeavor to assist my parents in ministry, my husband and I returned to Maranatha Temple Ministries to assist while my father became ill. Later I was ordained as a minister under Bishop Bernard on July 27, 2024 of Christ Temple Ministries International and the new Pastor of Maranatha Temple ministries, CTMI. Over the span of many years, I have been active in praise and worship, children’s and youth ministry, women’s ministry, evangelism, the prophetic and preaching the gospel and being lead by the Holy spirit. Lastly, I am the founder of the Women of Courage Christian organization. Thanking God for the Call!
Wanda Williams
MinisterI am Wanda Williams, a Minster at Maranatha Ministries CTMI in Detroit, Michigan. I’m also the Secretary at Church as well as my profession for 40+years.My love of sharing the word of God began early. I was born again in 1988 when I started sharing the word with everyone I came across who would listen to me. My first lady at Maranatha noticed I had a love for sharing the word and we went out together sharing it with family, friends, strangers, co-workers wherever God led us.My love for soul’s blossom into sharing at another church at Spreading love which was on the Eastside of Detroit. After this, our Pastor York Lafleur saw an anointing on me which the Lord showed him. He started me and several other members in something called ministers in training. We spoke the word of God on every Friday for many years. I remember having a dream that I was laying hands on several people years ago and sharing the word of God. The Lord then led me into going to Meridian in Waterford, MI to share the word and pray for women who are on drugs. In 2024, I received my minister certification and was ordained under the leadership of Bishop Robert H. Benard at Christ Temple Ministers International. I thank God who trusts me with his word and has anointed me to preach the gospel to every creature. Thank you, Lord!
